The whole process of having my daughter's car transported from Arizona to Maryland was great. Nichole of Hilton called me immediately after placing my order on the web site asking me what our needs were for pickup and delivery. Nichole was very professional and easy to work with. Our needs were more than met, as the car arrived a week ahead of when I told Nichole we needed it by. The driver was also excellent. He communicated and delivered right at the time he said he would. The car arrived in the condition that it left. Overall, it was a great experience. I was very pleased that it took a much better than expected nine days from date of order to final delivery.
