This move turned out to be one of the easiest, most worry-free experiences I can recall. As a first time user of TransportReviews.Com (TR.C) I felt compelled to write this review.

Based my decision to use Hilton Auto Transport (& Nichole) on their TR.C track record and follow-up discussions with, what I determined to be, the top 3 transporters rated. I looked at both positive & negative reviews on the TR.C website in determining the top 3 and after contacting all three decided to go with Hilton... and glad I did!

Initially, I was very concerned about this move because it involved my youngest daughter moving back home from LA to Boston and, she was alone in California at the time. I contracted Hilton, from Boston, and made the initial arrangements, my daughter finalized the pick-up date, and it went like clockwork. This was critical because my daughter had previously scheduled a flight for the day after her car was picked up.

Her car arrived in Boston within a week, on time, and in the same condition she shipped it. The driver was courteous & friendly. The entire experience was exceptional!!! Can't say enough and would definitely use Hilton again! Nichole was a joy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend using TransportReviews.Com to assist in auto transporter selection!

Just a note, before finding TR.C, I had relied on Yahoo Yellow Pages & crossed my fingers on two earlier moves. Both moves were disasters, no damage to the car, but the time delays went on and on. On one of the Yahoo Y/P moves we had to retrieve the car from a drop-off terminal. Neither of these Yahoo Y/P companies was even listed on TransportReviews.Com.
