I shipped my car across country- from Los Angeles, CA to Washington, D.C.- to my son in college. I am pleased to say that my experience with Hilton Auto Transport was excellent at every level. The website was easy to use. Any questions that I had were answered promptly and completely. The representative (Nichole) was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Total cost was $800, and there were no surprises: no hidden fees, unexpected service charges, etc. Pick-up was right on time, and the represenative of the company brokered by Hilton Auto Trasport to ship my car was polite, knowledgeable, took pictures, wrote up a comprehensive assessment of vehilce condition...very thorough and trustworthy. Delivery was also right on time. The car arrived in great shape, and my son very happy, too. Hilton Auto Transport did an outstanding job every step of the way. I will use them again should the need arise, and recommend them most highly.
