I recently shipped my 2009 Infiniti G37 coupe from Los Angeles to Denver and highly recommend Hilton Auto Transport. Nichole was efficient and responsive in processing my order and worked with me to determine the pickup and delivery windows that best fit my needs. I was able to select a specific day for pickup, which is something that other brokers were not willing to accomodate. Once I gave Hilton the green light to contact a carrier, a charge of $75 was placed on my credit card and I was put in touch with a carrier called Custom Transport based out of Pueblo, CO. Lesli at Custom called me the night before my pickup day to coordinate with the driver the best place for pickup.
Glen, the driver for Custom, was excellent. He immediately understood that my car is my "baby" and assured me that he would take good care of it. I watched him carefully load the car on the truck and tie it down by the tires, rather than the metal hooks attached to the car frame. My understanding is that this is a much better way to transport a vehicle, as it allows for the suspension to absorb motion instead of the frame.
My car arrived in Denver earlier than expected and was completely clean. I paid an additional $450 at pickup for a reasonable total of $525.
I had a bad experience transporting a car a few years ago and was quite stressed to have to do it again. Thankfully, Hilton, Custom and Glen were courteous, competent and professional. I would highly recommend using them to transport your car.
