Transport company contacted us immediately after arrangements made with Hilton. Time was agreed upon and driver called ahead before arrival for pickup. Arrived right on time and was prompt and thorough on checking and securing car for shipment. Arrived 1 day earlier than predicted inspite of severe weather on the east coast. Car was offloaded and driven to delivery location. Only problem found was a frozen windshield washer system. I had not loaded it with antifreeze washer solution which we normally don't use in California. I would recommend anyone needing car transport to the east from the west coast contact Hilton Auto Transport.
