This was a stressful market to navigate. I received no fewer than 15 quotes from brokers. I did a couple brief checks on the quotes that seemed legitimate and Hilton seemed to hold up. Nichole Hilton answered my calls and called me back when she said she would. I've shipped a car before so I knew a bit about the process of brokers contracting carriers, but Nichole made sure I understood how it all works. She shared all her licensing and insurance information with me before the deposit was taken. Once a carrier was contracted, she provided me with their license and insurance info as well. The car was picked up and dropped off as promised. There were absolutely no hassles, and I would use Hilton again.

Word to the wise - make a personal contact with the brokers before deciding. There were some aggressive weirdo's that contacted me, and I would not have been comfortable giving them my business. One even went so far as to chastise me in an abusive tone when I took the time to thank them via email for their quote and to let them know I'd contracted with another broker.
