I chose Hilton based on the good reviews, high rating rating, and price (which seemed to be the average). The job went as expected without surprises. I contacted Hilton and worked with Nichole who was patient and professional. I needed some flexibility on a pickup date and that appeared to be no problem because the transport contractor chosen came through the pickup town every week. An evening pickup was scheduled so no one had to take off from work. That was a Thursday. The car was picked up nearly effortlessly. The driver was an hour late but communication from the driver (his name is Ehad) was good so no one was wondering where he was. Pinpoint timing is difficult when driving a very large transport trailer truck through varing non-standard pickup and delivery locations. 9 days later (a Friday) I rec'd a call from Ehad to arrange for delivery. He indicated Saturday night or Sunday around noon. I chose Sunday at noon. He said he would call Sunday for specific directions to the delivery point. I was at the delivery spot at noon. At 12:09pm Ehad called for the specific directions and to say he was an hour away. I had prepared to wait a bit so no problem. Ehad did arrive practically exactly an hour later. He was friendly......asked to be paid as he handed me the unsigned paper work, before he removed the vehicle. It may have been more appropriate to successfully remove the vehicle first and then pay, but this is what we did and there was no problem. Ehad was patient and careful removing the vehicle from the transporter. I am perfectly happy with this Hilton Auto Transport experience.
