After calling and receiving over 20 quotes, I was so fustrated because the West Virginia route is not traveled much by any car transporters. I also rec'vd quotes ranging from $600 - $1700, it was all over the board. I was told numerous times by reputable companies that the average cost to transport my car would not be lower than $1000. I left a message for Hilton thinking I wouldn't get a phone call back. Two hours later, I rec'vd a phone call and Nichole who helped me was excellent. She got right on the task and in 30 an hour, she found a truck driver for $1150. I jumped on it bc Hilton rec'vd raved reviews plus their customer service was terrific. I was then connected to Safe Way, the actual truck transportation company and they were on the ball as well. I was in constant contact with the truck drive, Skip. He was straight to the point and delivered a day late due to being caught up in a delay on one of his deliveries, but was honest with me and kept me updated any time I called. I know how anxious I felt to get my car back in one piece with NO damages and Hilton and Safe Way kept their promises. I am 100% completely satisfied with the service I rec'vd.
