The company has a great track record, and Nichole herself brings transparency and human understanding to the cowboy world of auto transport. Before selecting this company, I spent a couple days on the internet trying to find a broker/carrier that seemed trustworthy. I looked at transport reviews, better business bureau, and lots of other websites. I googled major names and one-offs referred by colleagues and car dealers. I spoke to about 5 brokers and a couple of carriers, before I made the perfect choice. Nichole was helpful and responsive beyond the call of duty, and read my mind as to priorities. I cannot thank her enough. Even the carrier was reputable, responsive and timely. It was a hectic but low-stress experience, and we could not be happier. I would definitely use this company again for auto transport needs, and recommend them to others.
