Good experience with Hilton Auto Transport

I looked over all the reviews and chose from the top 5 listings and I was not dissappointed. I was making arrangements just before Christmas for transport around Jan 1st, I don't think that I could have chosen a worse time? But Hilton got it done in a few days, but the carrier broke down and was not able to get my car as planned, but they got another one right away and we only had to wait a few more days for pick-up and the delivery was still on time!

Nichole always answered my questions and even returned my calls each time I had a question, even after they were paid, which I read is when most company's start having poor customer service.

Hilton did a great job for me, the transport driver was nice, but did not mention the small scratches left on the car? Course my family did not notice them either, so no fix on that will come soon. But I am aware that is not Hilton's fault anyways, cause no one on delievery noticed it.

I am pleased with their service, and appreciated their honesty about what they could do on a delivery during the holidays and to a remote location in North Dakota! As it turned out, they worked it out just fine and withon only a few days!

As far as costs go, they were actually about $100 cheaper than the other three I contacted, but they were all within the same range. So I believe their pricing is fair in comparrison to the compitition.

I would recommend them, and would certainly use them again if the need arises. Monte
