We are very pleased with our experience with this company. Nichole was very helpful and was able to give me information regarding the carrier companies she uses. She was very reasonable about the price as well. The transport pick up was arranged at our convenience with a very reliable company. We had a negligible communication issue in the beginning (Nichole never received my calls for a request for an email confirmation) but once I got through, she was more than willing to help comply with my request and did so immediately, with apologies regarding the dropped calls (which never happened again, she always answered immediately or returned my call immediately, which makes me think that the other calls were somehow dropped without her knowing). Although Nichole offered to call the company as to the whereabouts of the car at any time, the driver was kind enough to allow me to call him at my convenience with questions regarding his location. He also let me know that of the 3 day window, he was only able to deliver on the 3rd day due to weather issues along the way, which helped us arrange the delivery time with my father ahead of time. The driver was also kind enough to be try to arrange transport at convenient times for us. The car arrived in good condition. Nichole then called afterwards to make sure that our experience was a good one. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to go with this company, despite lower offers from others. We will definitely use the company again!
