Played phone tag for a couple of days but once contact was established, everything went smoothly. I placed the order on a Friday, received notification on Monday that they had found a truck. Car was picked up on Wednesday. Car arrived on Friday. It was a short transport (Atlanta to Savannah, GA), but the transport had to wait a day on another customer. Overall, excellent service; car was picked up and delivered within the quoted timeframe for exactly the quoted price. Also, the quoted price was among the lowest I received.
