Nichole Hilton serves only as broker. She was straightforward, responsive and pleasant to deal with.
Arranged trucking co., answered numerous questions, collected her fee, then was essentially out of the deal. ACE Transport did the pick up, drive, and delivery. Was kept apprised of progress x-country only upon my calls to ACE. They weren't proactive in that department. Bottom line, car was picked up on time and arrived a day early, dusty as expected (300 miles on open carrier) and in perfect condition. Driver, Peter, was extraordinarily polite, professional and responsive (several phone calls day before, and day of drop off). Off-loaded car perfectly. Collected $800 cash, inspected car with me, delivered bill of lading and was on his way.
I contacted 7 companies. Price was among best - in fact, the best. Would def. use Nichole and ACE again. There are horror stories about transporting your beloved car out there people! This was not one of them. In fact, it was hassle free and quite perfect.
