Pros: Representatives were understanding, and admitted mistakes, when mistakes were made. Car had no scratches when it arrived. Price was very reasonable, given the competitor's prices.
Cons: I was told that it would take 8 days, and it took 11. We were given one drop off time, and then the driver wanted to deliver at another time.

This company would be improved if: they reminded customers how important it is to wash car before the pick-up so that scratches can be identified; they reminded customers who do business over the phone that CODs and not credit cards are valid forms of payment for drop-off.

This company was acceptable, but not outstanding.
