I was very nervous about the whole car transport deal, who do you trust? We set up a delivery with another company, faxed them our papers and a week later - nothing. I called them to ask what the hold up was, they told me they were missing one paper, but they never called or emailed us about it. So I just cancelled the whole thing. Then I went on a seach, then I found Hilton, she helped me with info, that I could ask to any transporter. They gave me an average transport price, and kept me in touch with what was going on with the pick up.
I scheduled the pick up on a thursday, she called me back thursday evening and said the vehicle would be picked up on friday morning. It was picked up as stated, inspected by the pick up guy, and delivered to my house in twelve hours!!!!!!!!!! unbelievable.
I know this don't always happen, but other people quoted at least one week after pick up.
The vehicle was in the conditon promised, too.
