Our experience with Hilton Auto Transport was a good one! There was a little miscommunication at first with planning the pickup/delivery, but I take some responsibility for that! Nichole was very helpful in getting our delivery taken care of. When the vehicle arrived it had a small amount of damage for which the driver took full responsibility for by saying that it was his mistake and also by paying for the damage. If I was to have any small complaint at all, it would be that the driver could have communicated a little better where he was along the route so that we weren't waiting by the phone for a long period of time to meet him to get the vehicle. Overall it was a very good experience! Thank you!
