Fantastic!!! I couldn't be happier with my experience using Hilton.

Purchased a car over the internet and needed it shipped. I filled out a couple of forms that Google returned. Well, I got flooded with emails and calls. So, I did some research using this site. I narrowed it down to 3 (not the lowest, but on the reasonable side of lower bids and with good reviews which was around $600) and Hilton was first.

I'm sure glad I picked Hilton. Nichole was prompt and friendly. I was on a difficult route this time of year (NE to MD). It took almost a week to get a carrier and when Nichole explained the situation after 3 days, she even suggested I could try other firms. So, I called the other two firms on my list. They confirmed EVERYTHING Nichole stated and also said she was offering a very fair price to the carriers on a difficult route and they could do no better and to stick with her. So, two other honest competitors confirmed her competence and honesty!!!

Well, the next Monday (little less than a week) Nichole got a carrier and all went very well.

WOW, if only the rest of the world would be so honest.
