Our experience with Hilton Auto Transport was a pleasant one. This was the first time we had to ship a vehicle, and I was very anxious. I reviewed comments on this website and called around for quotes. After narrowing it down to two companies, their Better Business Bureau reports were the deciding factor. We chose to go with this company even if their price was about $40 higher, for we knew that the quality experience and peace of mind were worth it. I called on July 30th and was given August 1st-2nd as pick-up dates and the 4th-5th as delivery dates. Nichole's customer service at Hilton was very helpful and calls were returned within a day.
The car was picked up by James from FINK Transport two days late because of the driver's illness. My husband and I had to call FINK and James a few times to get information about times of pick up and delivery and progress of the transport. Our vehicle was delivered within 3 days, as planned, dirty but not damaged.
Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with our experience with Hilton Auto Transport. We would not only use this company again, but also recommend Hilton to others.
