This transaction went very smoothly. Our car was picked up on the last day before we left for the destination, and was delivered the day before we were returning. It couldn't have been better timed, however lucky, with pickup on 1/3/06 and delivery on 1/10/06 from CT/NY metro to Palo Alto, CA.

Both broker and driver were polite, friendly and responsive. We were called with notice on both pick up and delivery, and each tried their best to be accommodating...as were we.

I'd definitely like to thank the people involved as well as the providers of this site. I DEFINITELY changed a decision based on the information contained on this site...and am glad that I did.
