Hilton Auto is great! I have actually just placed an order with them to ship my car back from North Carolina to Los Angeles, CA. Nichole is a huge sweetheart and she tries really hard to accommodate my difficult schedule. For the move from CA to NC, I had requested that the vehicle get to NC by a certain date so that when I arrive, I will have my car ready and waiting. And when the original carrier had not contacted me by the time they said they would, Nichole immediately called other carriers and also credited my account for the inconvenience. The carrier showed up the next day, and I got my car in NC without any damages whatsoever. This time, I told Nichole that I was leaving NC on December 14th and she promised me that my car would be picked up either on the 12th or the 13th. This was great because most companies request a pickup window of 3-5 days which would just have been extremely inconvenient for me. Hilton goes the extra mile for their customers and they are a pleasure to work with, not to mention their prices are always more than fair. I highly recommend Hilton if you ever need your car shipped!
