Nicole is a doll - very friendly, professional, and conscientious.

I have had two horrible experiences with vehicle shippers in the past, so this time around I did my due diligence. From my research I narrowed the list down to five companies that appeared trustworthy. I got quotes from all five and Hilton’s price blew the other four away. So, I gave Nicole a call, she carefully explained everything to me, and set me up for a desired pick-up date two days later. A truck quickly accepted the job and picked up the vehicle on the very day that I requested. My RX8 was unloaded in front of my house three days later by a courteous driver who took great care of it.

I know that the majority of the shipping companies out there are brokers who handle the arrangements for independent contractor truck drivers. Somehow Hilton has figured out a way to make this process work flawlessly with few delays and trustworthy drivers, whereas the other brokers I have used in the past seem to suffer every problem imaginable (delays, lies, vehicle damage, rude drivers, rude customer support reps).

You can be sure that with Hilton you will get honest, diligent, friendly service (at an awesome price too).
