I had no problems whatsoever. This was my first experience buying a car long distance and I had many concerns about my decision. I bought the car, an Audi TT roadster, from John & Brandy White at HiPerformance Auto Sales in Greenwood, SC; it was to be a surprise for my wife. Working with the Whites was a great experience great and I was pretty excited thinking about my wife's reaction when she saw her dream car. I had considered flying to pick it up but after checking flight schedules and prices I called and emailed several auto transporters. After looking at many websites and reading quite a few user reviews I decided to use Hilton. My decision to use Hilton was largely based on a recommendation by my brother who has shipped and sold quite a few exotic vehicles. Shortly after I placed my first call to Nichole at Hilton on Friday afternoon I had an email confirmation quote on my computer. I called and made pick-up arrangements and on Monday morning I got a call from the transport driver, Cindy McCauley. Cindy gave me their anticipated delivery schedule and advised me of a possible delay they might have picking up another vehicle at a Porsche dealer. Throughout the week I received several calls from Cindy advising me of their progress. When the car arrived on Thursday afternoon the McCauleys had it unloaded before I met them. They were professional, prompt and as excited about the car as I was. Together we began a detailed inspection of the inside and outside of the car. 15 minutes later we shook hands and I put the top down and was on my way! Nichole Hilton made it possible and the McCauley's made it a pleasure. Many thanks!
