We needed our car picked up rather quickly, but we were limited to a Saturday pick up. Nichole was willing to find us a carrier even though they usually only pick up on weekdays. She did not ask for payment until a carrier was secured. We chose Hilton transport due to a friend's recommendation and their positive Angie's list rating. Our car arrived safely. The transport company made regular contact as the arrival time got closer. Nichole was easy to contact and communicate with. It was a smooth transaction and I would recommend this broker.
