I'm Just Loving Nichole at Hilton Auto Transport

So, I had promised my college son that he would FINALLY have a car to drive at school in California but I was really procrastinating about whether to buy a car locally or to ship his car to him from my home in Connecticut. I was just dreading either option ... but, after thinking about the time, money and effort involved in flying to the west coast, shopping for a second hand car and a couple of nights in a hotel, I gritted my teeth and went online and, after lots of research, picked my auto transport carrier. It was my lucky day ... I had a fast and friendly response from Nichole at Hilton. She was clear about the cost and what I should expect in terms of a timeline and neither departed from the original plan. It was SO easy! It really was. Nichole's communication was flawless and absolutely professional - a wonderful and competent driver (Joe) picked up the car and delivered it, as promised, to my delighted son ON TIME and at the agreed price. I'm still stunned at the efficiency .. but thrilled. I would absolutely use Hilton Auto Transport again ... I still have another teenager heading to college in a year ...
