Nicole was great at communicating with me and very prompt in returning any phone calls or emails. The pickup of the vehicle went very smoothly. There was a window of 7-10 days for delivery and my son got his car on the 8th day. There were absolutley no problems at all. As this was the first time I had ever shipped a car, I was very pleased with everything. I choose this company based on all the great reviews and its very high rating with the Better Business Bureau and I am very glad I did.
