Nichole was very honest and fair. She had come recommended by a local family that recently used her to ship their daughter's car to Duke University. I was shipping my car to Orlando for my son who landed a job with an immediate start date. She knew the date I needed to get the car to Orlando, which was a very coming up quick date. She did not surcharge for the quick delivery. She used a transport which allowed goods to be placed in the car, up to 100 pounds. Which I needed. And, she knew the date when my son would arrive in Orlando and be ready to pick up the car. The car was delivered just a half day outside that window. No big deal. It actually worked out better. And, she cared enough to follow up with me to make sure he received the car and had no issues. She gets gold stars in my book.
