Quick delivery but......

This was my first experience of auto shipping. To start with Hilton gave me very good quote. The 3 day window for pick up date was also finalized. Later they gave the order to Z-best transport. Z-best guys called me that they could not pick the car on time. I had to travel next day and there was nobody to ship my car, some how I managed to find my friend who can hand over the car to movers the next day. But the auto shippers did not come on that date also. Hilton guys did not help me at all with this. They left it to me and movers to decide. I had to request my friend for next day also. Finally car got picked up after 2 days from the previousley commited date. I had to call shippers 3-4 times. The good part was deilvery was quick. I got my car after 2 days from pickup. But...the car could not start, after delivery, as the battery terminals were broken, there was no problem at the time of pickup. The delivery guy helped me getting the car started. I had to fix the battery terminals by spending few bucks.

The overall experience was okay, as my car got delivered quickly as i needed it badly, but can not say it was very pleasing also with the trouble I had to take before shipping and after shipping.
