Overall, we had a good experience with Hilton. The estimate was competitive and the time frames worked for us. The only difficulty we had was coordinating with the drop off. I just happened to be behind the truck in traffic and realized, "Hey, that's my car!" I flagged down the driver and we exchanged on a side street. A little odd but...
