I dealt with Nicole and she was GREAT! Within 17 hours of my talking to Nicole, she had a carrier booked for the requested pick up date. Nicole took a smaller commision than the other brokers I talked to and gave more money to the carrier to help make sure the vehicle would move faster. The car was picked up in North Carolina on Friday as planned and delivered in front of my house in the Chicago suburbs on Tuesday. This was during the winter with a snowy weekend in between. I spent 8 hours looking for the right broker, and I can say that I definitely made the right choice. I highly recommend Nicole.
