My mother had contracted with another company on Nov 1. They promised that a driver would pick up her car between Nov 26-28. By December 14 nothing had happened so she canceled the transport. On Dec 18th after reviewing this site for a few days we called two other brokers. The first broker did not work with any transport companies that serviced Santa Rosa and suggested we contact the top 5 companies. He also said it was hard to transport cars from CA to TX because all the cars were moving out of CA but not into CA. The second broker also said it was hard to move cars out of CA, especially from Santa Rosa, two hours north of SF and suggested that we add $150 to our "offer" so some transport company would be enticed to take the job. Next we contacted Nicole Hilton at Hilton Auto Transport. She found us a driver the next day and the car was picked up that same day. The car arrived four days later, one day ahead of the promised delivery date. There was no damage to the car. Needless to say we are very happy with Hilton Auto Transport.
