Nichole Hilton gave me very satisfactory service. About two weeks before pickup, I gave her a four-day range in which the vehicle could be picked up. A couple of days later she called and told me it would be picked up on the third day. She said the transporter would call the day before or the day of pickup. On the day it was supposed to be picked up, I called her about 11 am to let her know I had not yet heard from the transporter. She called be back to let me know she had talked to the transporter, the pick up would be later in the day, and the transporter would call me. The transporter called soon thereafter and told me it would be later that afternoon or the next morning. In fact it was that afternoon. The drop off was 8 days later, which worked well for me.
