I was very pleased that Nicole was able to arrange for transportation within 2 days of my call. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to have the car picked up by anothe carrier but to no avail. Nicole fully explained the process and we had immediate results. The transaction so far seems to be painless and user-friendly.
