My vehicles were set to be delivered by RTK transport. Two weeks before delivery date I was notified by Bank of America that fraudulent activity had taken place on my account. I could not reach RTK for information regarding this issue or vehicle picked up.
Hilton transport was referred to me, I contacted Nichole, she jumped on it immediately. She was professional, confident and knew that she could handle my issue. She booked a driver, gave me the detailed information for pick up and stayed in contact with me. I was extremely satisfied beyond belief. This made all the different during my stressful relocation of two elderly parents. I can not thank you enough Nichole!!!!
