I did a lot of research beforehand, and talked to several companies before choosing Hilton. The price was average to the other bids I received. Nicole was very nice and answered all my questions. Although I told her I was not on a schedule, she found a driver who could pick up the car in Denver the day I called.. wow!
The driver was very professional. He touched base with me before picking up the vehicle, and called me the night before delivery. Because he could not drive into D.C. due to regulations, I rode down to Virginia in a train to meet him, and he picked me up at the train station. Excellent service! Can't say enough!
