I had a great experience with Nichole. The company used to transport my truck was not my favorite. Nichole was on it the whole way. She kept in touch with me from the beginning all the way till the end. My truck was to be picked up on Monday, they didn't come till wed . I was told delivery would be on fri or sat but it came mon because they were late picking up. The communication with the driver was terrible. Nichole handled any issues and fast! and there were some issues. she was polite and very professional. I would use Hilton again , in a heart beat, but NOT Speed Auto Transport. I give Nichole 5 stars. Speed Auto...no. I had a 1/4 tank of gas in my truck and got it back with no gas.. So don't hold anything against Nichole, she went above and beyond.
