misleading

I ordered a pickup of my car from Virginia to Ca. I chose to use the express service since I had already sold my car and needed it shipped ASAP. The express shipping was supposed to be between one and three days. On the second day I received a call letting me know that my car would be shipped out the third day and that it would be at my house on the same day the next week. I was a little disappointed since it was the third day, but that was okay, Nicole also told me that it might take nine days, and that was okay as well. On the fifth day, I received an e-mail from the dealer that the car was at telling me that my car had been shipped out that day. I called Hilton to say that I would like to pay the standard rate since it was not shipped out by the third day.... no response, I called again, I e-mailed, still no response, until I called and just acted like a new customer then I received a call back. She stated that it was slow there and that the price of their express was the same as most peoples standard which was not true, and that she was already in contract with the driver for the express amount, and maybe she chose them she couldn't remember because they are just faster driving even though they pick up slower she also told me she would contact the driver and call me back to let me know where and when to expect him I did not receive that call either, so I called a couple more times with no response. This is the thirteenth day and I was contacted by the driver who told my 7 year old that my car would be here Monday. I have never used an auto shipper before, but they did not deliver as I expected from all of the positive feedback I read before I chose them I don't know how they will respond when I give them the payment for standard rate only...

We are sorry about the mix up on this order. The trucking company did not only say sorry to our customer but also to us! The did not move fast on this order and we are very sorry about the time it took! We did refund the deposit we took to the customer to help an inconvenience she faced.
