I had heard so many horror stories that I had an impossible time trying to find a car transporter I could trust. I could not distinguish between the review companies that accepted payment for good reviews and those who actually heard from satisfied or disatisfied consumers. I joined Angies List to find a reputable moving company and, at the same time, I saw all the different services that were reviewed on the list. I found Hilton Auto Transport. Nicole Hilton contracts out the actual transport with companies that she has used in the past with confidence and good results. After reading her reviews, and seeing that she was always accessable and on top of every aspect of the move, I decided to trust her and I signed the contract to move my daughter's car from Los Angeles, CA to Aventura, FL. Everything went according to plan. I left my daughter's car with friends. They were called before the pick-up to give a window of time and the transporter was very punctual. The only aspect of the move that was changed a bit was that the transporter called me, upon arrival, and told me that his carrier was too large to drop-off right at my condo and we ended up having to meet him. It was not too far and I was able to take my daughter to the pick up site. The car was delivered clean and in the same condition as when they picked it up. I was very pleased...and relieved.
