I bought a new car in California for my mother who lives in Kansas. I definitely had reservations going into this, but I checked the reviews and Hilton was top-rated. I called Hilton on a Thursday and spoke with Nicole. She is very efficeint and helpful. I told her the car would be ready on the following Monday. She had a carrier at the dealer Tuesday morning and my mom got a call on Thursday with an e.t.a. of Friday afternoon. When the driver knew he wouldn't make it he called her right away and told her he would be there first thing Saturday morning. The car arrived at her door without a scratch, in perfect condition. I never expected shipping a car would be so effortless!
