After selecting ABLE AUTO TRANSPORT co. previous to this one and having a very bad experience, I chose to move on and came across Hilton. My main concern was that I really needed the car picked up before my son left CA because there was no one else to leave it with. After researching numerous companies, I decided to go with Hilton because of their reviews. As soon as I told Nicole my situation, she hurriedly hung up with me and went to work looking for someone to pick up the car. The car needed to be picked up the following day so she knew time was working against her. Like I previously stated, I'd already been working with ABLE AUTO TRANSPORT company and it became apparent that they just weren't going to have my car picked up by the time my son got on the plane to come to VA. Within a matter of hours, Nicole called me back to say that she found someone and they'd be picking up the car when I needed it to be picked up. I felt like she was totally dedicated to my personal situation and I REALLY appreciated that. The driver was so nice and I kept in touch with him during the trip. I felt like I didn't have to worry about problems arising from irresponsibilities. To top it off, the car arrived in 5 days and it arrived in the same condition it was picked up in. Thanks again Nicole and thanks Hilton. I would definitely use you again.
