I was contacted and given a date of shipment and given a phone number to call if any questions/problems arose during transport. Periodically I would receive updates as to the status of expected delivery. When the vehicle arrived the driver was friendly and prompt with delivery time. I was given time to inspect the vehicle for any damage (there was none). I received a follow up phone call from Mr. Diaz to make sure everything was good. I thought the price was very acceptable for an enclosed transport of over 2400 miles ($1500). I was completely satisfied with the process.
