All staff were friendly, professional, effective and communicative every step of the way. Angel, the owner, Emily his assistant, Corey the driver, Sanzon, the dispatcher, Thomas who notified me car had arrived and the delivery time frame and John who delivered my car in excellent condition. Easy to overlook pick up and delivery a day late at each end. Peace of mind was well worth the extra $200 charged by High End compared to a prior quote by another company. High End Transport certainly lives up to their name.
