M2Reeves SUCKED but High End Transport was Excellant

I placed an order for pickup with m2reeves. The woman said my truck would be picked up within a window of 1 to 7 days. I called to see where we were at after 5 days and got a rude reply of "It hasn't been 7 days yet".
On the 7th day I left a message and was contacted the next day by the rude woman. She said "You need to pay more money to get a driver to pick it up" I told her I was not paying her another cent. She then said "You might want to find another transport company".
I then called High End Transport and talked with Angel, he said it would be picked up in 5 days and it was.
The driver called me and asked what would be a good time for the drop off, I said after 3:30. He arrived at 4:15
He warmed up my truck before even driving it down the ramp. He was very polite and even recommended what diesel additive I should use.
