I CALL FOR A PICK UP WITH 1 WEEK TO SPARE. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK , I CALLED THEM REPEADEDLY FINALLY GOT SOME ONE TO SET UP PICK-UP. THE ONLY CRITICAL ISSUE WAS THE CAR HAD TO BE IN HOUSTON TX ON OR B4 AUG. 6TH. IF B4 I AGREED TO PAY STORAGE OF $10-$15 PER DAY. CAR WAS PICKED UP LATE BY 2DAYS AT MIDNITE . TRUCK ARRIVED 1DAY LATE AT 5PM IN TEXAS. TRUCKER DID HIS BEST BUT BASICALLY LIED ABOU WHEARABOUTS THE ENTIRE WAY. AT NO TIME DID ANYONE DFROM HIGH END CONTACT ME TO CHECK ON SHIPMENT P/U OR DELIVERY THE ONLY THING THEY DID QUICKY WAS ACCESS MY CREDIT CARD. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST BROKER I HAVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH LOADS OF MANURE. USE ANYBODY ELSE THEY WOULD HAVE TO BE BETTER, I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU COULD DO WORSE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , NO FOLLOW UP OR FOLLOW THROUGH. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE LADIES ON THE PHONE WERE POLITE. THE ONLY POSITIVE. ABSOLUTETY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Roberts its unfortunate that you feel this way. As you know the owner, myself and both dispatchers were in communication with you through the process. I believe you even sent the dispatcher a "thank you" email for her being professional. You paid for a normal transport out of Rhode Island. There was no mention of a guaranty which you know would have cost more money since you are in logistics. The car was delivered one day after the 6th. There are 7 to 9 other cars on these haulers and the pick ups and deliveries sometimes do not go as planned and that's why everything is done in a time window instead of an exact day. It was your choice to pay the balance upfront it was not a requirement by our company. We worked double time to get this car done and made zero dollars trying to keep you happy, it really is unfortunate the way you speak about our company.
