Beware of this company. They took out my initial deposit as agreed and then also took out the total amount for transporting my vehicles without authorization even before they picked up my vehicle. I contacted Jorge Mackenzie and he claimed it was a mistake and also said he will credit the $1600 back to my account. I never received the amount and I finally had to call my bank to file a claim. Further efforts to reach Hertz Auto Transport always resulted in a voicemail. No one called me back after I left a voice mail. I am afraid they have gone out of business or are ignoring my calls.
