I used Heartland because they had offered the lowest price for transportation of my IS 250. I was worried that the vehicle would not arrive in the same condition but when it arrived it was in great condition after a car wash.

John Anthony was a solid contact and replied promptly whenever I needed a question answered.

The only downside was that the truck was late for pickup. I had requested my vehicle to be picked up before 12 PM and only until after the expected window passed, I reached out to John about the pickup. John did answer very promptly but I was in the dark until I reached out. The vehicle was picked up later around 9:30 PM which was the only bump in this transition.

The truck driver, Jonathan, was very polite and kept me updated after reaching out about my inquiry. He called me when he was on his way from his prior pickup and same with when he dropped off the vehicle.

Overall it was a great experience except for the minor hiccup. The price was the lowest and the vehicle arrived on time with no damage.
