John at Heartland made the experience as smooth as possible. I had a bit of a tough request as the car I had purchased was very custom and had low ground clearance. I had initially used a different transport company but they sent the wrong type of carrier. I then called John and he quickly was able to find an enclosed carrier and schedule delivery quickly. I'd certainly use Heartland again and John was a pleasure to work with.
