Don't even really know where to begin. I guess excellent and very pleasantly surprised would describe my experience; from the moment of first contact with John Anthony, to reassure & an explanation of the process, to the follow up; even after my motorcycle was delivered, he stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Felt more like I was doing business with a friend or family member, not a stranger. most highly recommended and very respectable organization to do business with !!! 5 gold stars all the way without hesitation!
