I'm a young female who last minute decided to move back east before the Holidays. It's been my experience in the past people take advantage of customers who know little about the service being provided, and more specifically girls. I had received numbers in the thousands for a trip that I knew shouldn't be much over $800, a well as an onslaught of emails from pushy brokers trying to get you to commit to their high quote.

Thankfully through all of it Head of the Pack stood out from the beginning. Todd was very reassuring, informative and knowledgeable. No question was too trivial and he talked to you like he understood trusting your most expensive possession in someone's hand is a daunting task. He didn't talk down other carriers/brokers like I experienced with some- he just said it like it is. He was able to get a carrier for me within 1 minute, no exaggeration, of us hanging up.

Pike Line was the actual carrier, and Bobby was always a pleasure to speak to. They were very accommodating time wise; and picked up and arrived on time. They even delivered Christmas day instead of making me wait until the Monday after. The car has no extra bumps or bruises, however arrived COVERED in dirt. Probably due to the horrendous rainstorms on the west coast, but I was a bit surprised to see how dirty mine was compared to the 6 other cars on the carrier.

Overall a great experience, they delivered on their promise and I have my car! That's pretty much what matters right? I would more than recommend Todd at Head of the Pack to anyone, and know he will be the only one I will use in the future. He truly cares about his company and his clients.

A word to the wise: don't let anyone push you into picking them. The incessant phone calls and emails should say a lot about the company you're looking into. Understand that you're shopping for a BROKER- not a carrier, so whomever you choose you have to trust to pick a reputable carrier for you. Go with your gut, as a young adult I was at ease going with Todd, whom is a father of younger kids. And definitely look at and trust reviews on this site, as well as BBB. If they aren't accredited and have low scores- there is a reason why. And I'd stay away from exclusive auto logistics. They make up their numbers- didn't have a formula to give me a pricing. They are horrible at communicating, and say they will do something and don't. Was very disappointed in how they treated me and I hadn't even chosen them to be my broker.

THANK YOU HEAD OF THE PACK!!
