First of all, we received about 20 quotes for the pick up and delivery of our vehicle. Head of the Pack Transport was extremely fair on price quote. Todd was very pleasant to talk to and was very clear about the details of cost, transport of vehicle, etc. I felt confident with my choice after the first phone call to him. Only a few days lapsed before he called me to inform me that there was a driver available for my car, in which the driver wanted a little bit more money for the job of delivering the car. I denied because I was on a tight budget and told Todd to wait for the next driver who would do it for the amount I prefaced. Todd, called back and said he really wanted me to get the car delivered and lowered his fee to get close to the original quote amount. It cost me $65.00 more than expected, but the car got to it's destination 3 days later, and it was worth it to me. Overall, the price was still lower than most of the other companies, and the car was in great shape when it arrived. The only draw back I can think of is that it can get a little technical when trying to find a place for this size of semi in a town with limited access. It still worked out though, and the driver was ameniable. I would recommend Head of the Pack to anyone who needs this sort of service. A very smooth operation, thanks Todd!
