I contacted Todd at Head of The Pack Transport to transport a Chevy Avalanche from Ohio to Washington state. He was very helpful in explaining the process of getting a trucker. Todd was upfront that a truck will be take longer to get picked up than a small import. Right after we posted my vehicle, Hurricane Sandy ravaged the east coast and disrupted the whole transport system. Todd and I kept in constant communication during the entire period trying to get a truck lined up. He was always up front and encouraging. When we had a nibble, he was right back to me after contacting the trucker. After an extended time period went by, Todd was willing to make sacrifices on my behalf. When we had a trucker, Todd was right there to get me in contact with them and within 3 hours, they were there picking up my new truck!! Todd and Head of the Pack Transport would be first on my list to transport for me again. I have never bought a vehicle sight unseen before in my life, and this was a great experience partly due the service I received from Todd! Todd was really surprised to hear favorable words from me about my experience due to the time it took to book a trucker, but his part was so appreciated that I really wanted to do this for him and Head of the Pack Transport.
